Pallet Sample Defect IDs

Defect IDs are specific fault codes used within the Pallet Sorting module when recording the results of a pallet inspection. Each Defect ID belongs to a Defect Type and provides a precise, consistent description of a particular fault — for example, Torn outer wrap or Missing label.

Defect IDs are selected when operators complete a Pallet Sorting record, and the codes appear in Enquiries & Reports to support detailed analysis of fault patterns.
