Panel Results is the screen in Quality Management › Panel Samples for reviewing and printing the verdicts recorded by a tasting or inspection panel. A panel is a session on a given date, in one of three states (Prepare, Ready, Complete). Its samples are laid out on trays, and each panel member records one verdict per sample. The verdicts are entered on the scanner or browser through the Quality Panel Web Interface; this desktop screen only reads them.

Leave a filter empty to ignore it. Dates use a tick box, a date and a calendar button for each end of the range.

The grid

One row per verdict: Panel ID, Tray ID, Sample ID, Sample Date, Panel Date, Status, Tray Description, Plant, User ID, Result, Result Description, Process Order, Material, Container Code, User Data 2, User Data 3, Product Group and the panel member's first name and surname. Rows are banded by sample so that the verdicts for one sample sit together. The Result Description is coloured green, amber or red for verdicts that start with IN, INC or OUT.

Things to know

  • Nothing on this screen changes or deletes a verdict.
  • If Print is greyed out, ask your administrator to check the report permission for your group.
