The User Reports screen is an easy way to perform queries in the Commander4j database if you want to extract data which is not available as in the [[Standard Reports]].
 
You can create a database query using a SQL SELECT statement and save it for future use. User Reports can be private or available for anyone to run.
 
When you run a report the output is written to an Excel Worksheet.
 
The program will attempt to open the spreadsheet using any local application you have installed which is associated with that file type.
