View source for Pallet Samples Enquiries & Reports

The Pallet Sorting Enquiries and Reports screens allow quality managers to search, filter, and report on the results of pallet sorting activities recorded via the [[Pallet_Samples_&_Faults|Pallet Samples & Faults]] screen.

Results can be filtered by date range, [[Pallet_Sample_Packing_Lines|Packing Line]], [[Pallet_Sample_Shift_Names|Shift]], [[Pallet_Sample_Defect_Types|Defect Type]], [[Pallet_Sample_Supplier_Admin|Supplier]], and [[Pallet_Sample_Operatives|Operative]]. Summary and detailed reports can be generated and exported, providing management information on defect rates and sorting outcomes across production runs.

A notify option is also available, which can trigger an outbound [[Interface_Admin|interface]] message when a sorting event is confirmed, allowing external systems to be informed automatically.
